Biography Tsukioka, Ninkō (1897 - 1976)

Not very much is known about Tsukioka Ninkō. He was born in Shizuoka prefecture. He contributed to Yūkari and Shiro to kuro in the 1930s. He exhibited regularly with the Nihon Hanga Kyōkai between 1936 and 1955, and he was a member of that organization since 1950.
