Biography Yasumoto, Hideo (1947 - )

in 1947 Yasumoto Hideo was born in Katsushika, Tokyo. In 1973 he established the Yasumoto Woodblock Print Studio. He then became a lecturer at the Ikigai University and taught woodblock printing in his atelier. If he still teaches I do not know. He held very many solo exhibitions, mainly in Tokyo, Saitama, and Nagano. A quotation: "In search of the beauty of Japanese natural scenery, especially my favorite fields, mountains, and trees".
